Roof Inspections
A roof inspection should give you information you can understand and use — not a sales pitch. Dominion's inspection is the Roof Health Assessment: a complete evaluation of the roof system, documented and explained.
Confidence comes from clarity.
What the inspection covers
We evaluate the complete roof system, document what is working, identify what deserves attention, and explain what — if anything — needs to happen next.
The assessment covers six categories: roof-covering condition, installation and workmanship, flashings and penetrations, the ventilation system, storm-related conditions, and structural decking observations.
What you receive
Plain-language findings showing what is working and what deserves attention, supported by photographs, and an evidence-based recommendation to monitor, repair, replace, or pursue a storm-related evaluation.
How the assessment
helps.
The inspection is the assessment. Every recommendation Dominion makes begins here, and you receive information you can understand and use — even if you do not hire Dominion.
Before you choose
a roofer,
understand your roof.
Start with a documented Roof Health Assessment and a clear conversation about what your home actually needs.
No pressure. No predetermined recommendation. Just a documented assessment and an honest path forward.
