Roof Repair
Not every concern needs a new roof. When a condition can reasonably be corrected without replacing the roof, we say so, document it, and scope the repair clearly.
Isolated concerns, addressed honestly.
When repair is the right answer
Repair is the recommendation when the concern is isolated and can reasonably be corrected without replacing the entire roof.
Some conditions do not need work at all yet. When the roof is currently performing but identified conditions should be watched over time, the honest recommendation is to monitor — and we will tell you that.
How a repair is scoped
Like every Dominion project, a repair is defined in writing before work begins: scope, materials, schedule, responsibilities, and expectations.
How the assessment
helps.
The assessment determines whether a repair is appropriate — not the other way around. Documented findings show you exactly what is isolated, what is widespread, and why the recommendation follows from the evidence.
Before you choose
a roofer,
understand your roof.
Start with a documented Roof Health Assessment and a clear conversation about what your home actually needs.
No pressure. No predetermined recommendation. Just a documented assessment and an honest path forward.
